User Agreement

This user agreement is effective upon acceptance of new users on the terms and conditions of BazarFX.
You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any advertisement placed and order made by you must be strictly in accordance with these conditions.

You warrant that:

The personal data which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal data by updating these details on your online account.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

We reserve the right to:

modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.
change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

While using the services provided by BazarFX you will not

post, list or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our site.
use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts or are temporarily or i ndefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, applications or tools.
fail to pay for items purchased by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in an BazarFX policy, for example, the seller has materially changed the item's description after you bid, a clear typographical error is made, or you cannot contact the seller.
fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in an BazarFX policy, for example, the buyer fails to comply with the posted terms in your listing or you cannot contact the buyer.
manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings.
post false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or libelous content.
infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, moral, database, and/or other intellectual property rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights") that belong to or are licensed to BazarFX.
upload and distribute copyright files, images and videos without author permission.

While accepting the terms and conditions of BazarFX you agree to comply with BazarFX product advertising policies and selling policies.

You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the listing and item offered.

Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours. BazarFX can't guarantee exact listing durations.

Content that violates any of BazarFX's policies may be modified, rejected or deleted at BazarFX's discretion.

We may revise product data associated with advertisements to supplement, remove, or correct information.

We strive to create a marketplace where buyers find what they are looking for. Therefore, the appearance or placement of advertisement in search and browse results will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to:

buyer's location, search query, browsing site, and history.

item's location, listing format, price and shipping cost, terms of service, end time, history, and relevance to the user query.

seller's history, including advertisement practices, detailed seller ratings, BazarFX policy compliance, feedback, and defect rate.

number of advertisements matching the buyer's query

Prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees(NRs). You must pay in the currency in which the amount is quoted or selected.
Payment is required before the product or services is provided.
Payment made through BazarFX is debited right at the moment of payment confirmation.
Payment may be made only through merchant accounts of BazarFX payment partners. Payment through direct cash, debit cards, credit cards, bank cheques and bank accounts are not accepted.
Every purchase that you make is directly paid to merchant account of BazarFX sellers. Hence, the payment made is not refunded by BazarFX.
To maximize the security, BazarFX does not hold any payment account details. They are held by third party payment providers.
